Have you ever sat in front of your blog knowing you needed to type an entry yet failed to find anything that inspired you? I have certainly had days like this and it can seem like an endless process trying to come up with something. What is interesting to me today is that the article directory that runs off of this site has a ton of different topics I could create off shoot entries from. Now I would not plagiarize anyone else’s work because there is just no ethic in doing that, however, reading others work can often times spark some internal inspiration for a piece all of your own.
I was reading an article today that discusses how roughly 90% or those running an internet business never test variables on their site. I was thinking to myself how scared I was when I first started. Split testing variables sounds like something that should be done in a lab not in the comfort of my own home! Of course this was the case until I found Muvar. If you are not using Muvar I recommend it because you do not have to do much aside from installing it and entering a few different options for variables for example a few different headlines or product guarantees. Once you do that then Muvar does the rest, it statistically calculates what works and what doesn’t and displays the best variables more frequently.
Ultimately this takes all the fright out of statistics without you having to repeat a statistics class. Items like this really make you realize that anytime there is a hurdle to be leaped there is always a way. I certainly do not have time to manually test all major variables on my website and nor would I want to because it sounds like another job I do not want. There is no reason why you can not find tools to help yourself along the way and if for some reason you can’t maybe that is a prime opportunity to develop a product of your own to solve the issue. In fact solving other peoples problems can be a mighty lucrative business!
