The D-List

Building links to your website is a powerful way to increase web page rank. I previously touched upon this in my discussion about Blogging Zoom. One of the other ways to help build links to your site is to make comments on blogs that will take your url and post your comment along with the link. Now if you are familiar with WordPress you know that the program is automatically set up with a no follow comment section, meaning those that leave comments will not be given a link back to their site.

Luckily for internet marketers everywhere, there are blogs that have installed a plugin to deactivate this no follow rule. The trick is trying to figure out which blogs do this so that you can maximize your commenting time. Courtney Tuttle has a blog set up with a list of the blogs that have activated the plugin so that you can get a link to your site. Check out DoFollow Blog list which is courtesy of Courtney Tuttle and was created originally by Coleen as the D-List.

Now these blog owners are opening up the opportunity for you to leave quality comments and receive a link in return so do not spam. Enjoy the resource and check out Courtney’s site she has some great info.
